Roads Service is the sole authority in Northern Ireland responsible for managing and maintaining public roads, footways, bridges, street lights and public car parks. You should contact Roads Service to report faults such as road flooding, damaged street light, broken manhole, faulty traffic lights, missing kerb, debris or obstruction on a road and excessive weed growth. |

The Water Service is responsible for providing water and sewerage services to over 730,000 domestic, agricultural, commercial and business customers throughout Northern Ireland. It is an Executive Agency within the Department for Regional Development and its southern division is responsible for managing the District’s public water supply and sewerage system. You require the following services or want to report the following faults: Burst/blocked pipes, blocked sewers, new water connection, sceptic tank emptying, locate buried water fittings, faulty stop cock, sewer flooding, low/high pressure (mains only), check water quality, turn off water connection. |
